ALERT: Feds Fund Project to Implant Citizens With “Body Antenna” for Shocking Purpose

경고 : 연방정부가 충격적인 목표를 위해 바디안테나를 시민들에게 심는 프로젝트에 자금을 댔다.

On June 1 the National Science Foundation will begin a shocking new project in which it will release a high frequency antenna to be permanently implanted under a person’s skin.

6월 1일 미 국립과학재단은 고주파 안테나를 사람의 피부 밑에 영구적으로 이식하는 충격적인 프로젝트를 발표할 것이다.

The project has been financed in collaboration with the National Research Foundation in Korea and the purported reason for the invasive procedure is health care ? to monitor a patient’s health for the long term.

이 프로젝트는 한국연구재단과 협력한 자금을 받았고, 헬스케어 (장기간 환자의 건강을 모니터링하는) 라는 명목으로 이루어지고 있다.

“Antennas operating near or inside the human body are important for a number of applications, including health care,” the grant for the project stated.

"헬스케어를 포함한 여러 목적을 위해서는 사람 몸 속에 넣거나 주변에 있는 안테나가 중요하다" 라고 프로젝트 기금에서 말했다.

“Implantable medical devices such as cardiac pacemakers and retinal implants are a growing feature of modern healthcare, and implantable antennas for these devices are necessary to monitor battery level and device health, to upload and download data used in patient monitoring, and more.”

"심장박동 조절이나 망막에 이용되는 이식가능한 의료기구들은 헬스케어에서 점점 중요해지고 있다. 그리고 거기에 들어가는 안테나는 밧데리 잔여용량이나 장치의 고장을 모니터링 할 수 있으며, 환자의 모니터링 데이타를 업로드/다운로드 등을 할 수 있다."

In addition to monitoring a patient’s long term health and biometric tracking, the grant also stated that by using this technology officials will be able to verify a person’s identity.

연구 기금에서는 환자의 장기간 건강 및 생체인식을 모니터링 할때, 연구자(공무원)들이 그 사람의 신분을 알 수 있다고 말했다.

 

This project would therefore seem to present a danger of seriously infringing upon our civil liberties and the potential damage of having this antenna placed in the human body itself is untested, the research facility admitted.

이 프로젝트는 우리의 시민권을 침해하는 위험이며, 안테나를 우리 몸에 넣는 것은 몸이 손상될 가능성이 아직 있다고 연구기관에서는 말했다.

“Despite their potential use in long-term patient monitoring and wireless biometric tracking there is limited research on (Ultra High Frequency) UHF (radio-frequency identification) RFID for insertion in high-loss human body environments,” the grant paperwork confessed.

"장기간 환자 모니터링 및 무선 생체인식에 들어가는 고주파 RFID를 인체 환경에 적용한 연구는 많지 않다."라고 연구기금의 서류에 적혀있다.

“This research will greatly benefit from procedures already in place at Dr. You Chung Chung’s antenna lab at Daegu University in Daegu, Korea.”

"대구대학교 유정정 박사의 안테나 연구소를 통해 이 연구가 발전될 것입니다."

The project intends to test various types of UHF antenna designs that could be inserted under the skin for permanent attachment, according to the Washington Free Beacon.

워싱턴 프리비콘(인권단체인듯)에서는 "피부 속에 영구적으로 이식하기 위해 고주파 안테나를 이용하고자 합니다." 라고 했다.

This sounds dangerous and invasive and, most of all, untested. Essentially the research facility will be using humans as lab animals and hoping that its predictions have been accurate.

이것은 위험하고, 침략적인 행위이며 가장 중요한 것은 테스트가 안됐다는 것이다.  연구소에서는 사람을 실험쥐로 쓰려고 하고 있으며, 예측이 맞기를 바라고 있다.
